HT-90E Hydrostatic Test Pump provides up to 300 PSI of pressure and 3.0 GPM with a 1/2 HP motor. This pump has the power required for most NFPA hydrostatic tests on small and medium-sized buildings with pipe diameters below six inches. This compact pump is roughly one cubic foot in size and carries easily with a sturdy, easy-carry handle.
This pump's 1/2 HP ball bearing motor has a service factor of 115%, allowing continuous operation at 0.575 horsepower without damaging the pump. The Triple R HT-90E also includes 10' (3 m) of discharge hose with quick-disconnect couplings that make it easy to demonstrate to fire officials that the system is successfully maintaining pressure.
This 3.0 GPM Hydrostatic Test Pump includes a silicon-filled pressure gauge, stabilizing the gauge needle for better performance and longer product life in pulsating or vibrating environments. This pump weighs in at only 32 pounds, making it a comparable, lightweight alternative to the Reed EHTP500, Reed EHTP500, and Rice's EL1 and EL1A model pumps.
Each 300 PSI Hydrostatic Test Pump is ideal for small and medium-scale fire safety applications, including fire sprinkler and standpipe acceptance and revision testing, as well as small-scale water transfers or vent-line filling in carpet cleaning, water damage restoration, and various plumbing applications. The swiveled inlet connection and included supply hose make connecting a water source easy from any angle.
