Residential Riser with Ball Valve & PRV (Grooved)
These Grooved Residential Risers are pre-assembled, pressure tested, and ready for installation right out of the box. Designed to simplify residential fire protection installations, these products eliminate the need for complicated, awkward riser manifolds—saving on installation time and costs. They are available in select residential sizes and include a Ball Valve and Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). Valves have a working pressure of 300 PSI and 600 WOG. The risers are made of Schedule 40 compatible steel with a red finish.
