Retrofit Adjustable Escutcheon 1/2 in. Split Cup with Skirt C in Brass
If your sprinklers require escutcheons, but the distances between supply pipes and ceilings or walls vary, you need adjustable escutcheons. These devices cover the holes surrounding fire sprinkler heads that were cut during installation, making sprinklers look cleaner and ensuring they work correctly. This Brass retrofit adjustable (401) escutcheon features a split cup sized for 1/2 in. NPT fire sprinklers and a Skirt (C) that allows for up to 2 in. adjustment to cover open space between the fire sprinkler head and the ceiling.
This two-piece steel retrofit Adjustable (401) escutcheon has an outer diameter of 3-7/8 in. and an inner diameter of 2-3/16 in. It features an aesthetically pleasing white finish and replaces corroded, painted, damaged, or unsightly escutcheons. To install this retrofit fire sprinkler escutcheon, cut one side of the faulty escutcheon, remove it, and fasten the two halves of the retrofitted escutcheon to the fire sprinkler's frame.
