Tyco™ Model TY-L Pendent Fire Sprinkler Head

This Pendent sprinkler features a Chrome finish and a 280°F (100°C) temperature.
This Tyco™ Model TY-L Pendent Fire Sprinkler is a standard response, standard coverage sprinkler, activating at 280°F (100°C) with a 5.6 K-Factor, and is rated for light, ordinary, extra hazard occupancies. Each pendent head features a heat-sensitive fusible link assembly, Standard 1/2 in. NPT threads, and a Brass frame with Bronze deflector.
This is a standard response, standard coverage, pendent sprinkler with a maximum working water pressure of 175 PSI. Using a heat-activated fusible link assembly, this automatic fire sprinkler opens when ambient temperatures reach 135°F, effectively containing the spread of fire.
The TY3211 is installed as a pendent or recessed pendent using one of Tyco™’s approved Style 20 escutcheons. Refer to the manufacturer data sheet for installation instructions with the approved Tyco™ escutcheon(s).

The Tyco™ Pendent Sprinkler TY3211 is designed for NFPA 13. Apply the listed areas of coverage and minimum water supply requirements as shown in the datasheet. This Pendent sprinkler head has a maximum working pressure of 175 PSI (12.1 BAR) and connects to wet pipe fire protection systems.
Tyco™ TY3211 Automatic Fire Sprinkler Installation and Accessories
During installation be aware that over tightening will cause permanent damage to the 1/2 in. NPT threads and/or the fire sprinklers themselves. Use the manufacturer approved installation wrench and tighten to a maximum torque of 14 ft-lb (19 N-m). Refer to the data sheet for additional installation and storage information.
