This Pendent sprinkler features a Black finish and 155F (68C) temperature.
This Viking™ Microfast Pendent Fire Sprinkler is a standard coverage pendent fire sprinkler head, activating at 155F (68C) with a 5.6 K-Factor, and is rated for Light and Ordinary Hazard occupancies. Each Pendent head features a heat-sensitive glass bulb assembly, standard 1/2 in. NPT threads, and a brass frame with a bronze deflector.
This is a quick response, standard coverage pendent sprinkler with a maximum working water pressure of 175 PSI (12 BAR). The VK302 Microfast Sprinkler offers reliable fire protection with a sleek, unobtrusive profile. Using a heat-activated glass bulb assembly, this automatic fire sprinkler opens when ambient temperatures reach the sprinkler’s listed activation temperature, drenching the area surrounding a fire to keep it in its place of origin.

When using Viking™ Pendent Sprinkler VK302 for systems designed to NFPA standards, apply the listed areas of coverage and minimum water supply requirements shown in the manufacturer datasheet. This Pendent sprinkler head has a maximum working pressure of 175 PSI (12 BAR) and connects to wet piping systems.
Viking™ (VK302) Microfast Pendent Sprinkler Installation and Other Information
The VK302 Pendent Sprinkler is installed surface mounted or recessed in the pendent orientation. Refer to the manufacturer data sheet for installation instructions with the approved Viking™ accessories. During installation be aware that over tightening will cause permanent damage to the 1/2 in. NPT threads and/or the fire sprinklers themselves. Use the manufacturer approved installation wrench and tighten to a maximum torque of 14 ft-lb (19 N-m). Refer to the data sheet for additional installation and storage information.
Available finish options include Brass, Chrome, White, and Black.
Temperature options include 135F (57C), 155F (68C), 175F (79C), 200F (93C), 286F (141C).
The VK302 listed wrenches include the approved Viking™ Standard Sprinkler Wrench (21475M/B) and the Viking™ Recessed Pendent Sprinkler Wrench (13655W/B). Add the correct wrench for your VK302 Pendent installation!
The VK302 listed escutcheons include the Viking™ E-1 Escutcheon, E-2 Escutcheon, and E-3 Escutcheon.
