The Lansdale™ Grooved Check Valve is built for fire protection systems, offering dependable backflow prevention with minimal flow restriction. Featuring a spring-loaded clapper with a swing check design, it closes swiftly under reverse flow to limit water hammer and ensure system stability.
This valve supports both horizontal and vertical installations (with upward flow) and is compatible with standard grooved couplings, enabling fast, affordable installation. The EPDM non-stick seal and stainless steel internal components promote tight sealing and corrosion resistance. Its internal and external surfaces are coated with fusion-bonded epoxy per AWWA C550 to protect against long-term wear.
