Two Piece Adjustable 401 Escutcheons
If your sprinklers require escutcheons, but the distances between supply pipes and ceilings or walls vary, you need adjustable escutcheons. These devices cover the holes surrounding fire sprinkler heads that were cut during installation, making sprinklers look cleaner and ensuring they work correctly.
Adjustable Escutcheons: A Cup and a Skirt
The cup is the part that installs directly on the sprinkler head. These cups are available for 1/2 in. and 3/4 in. sprinklers in retrofit (split) or non-retrofit (non-split) applications. They are available in brass, chrome, and white.
The Skirt fits directly around the outer diameter of the cup and are what allows for varying lengths of adjustment. The Skirt A allows for 3 in., the Skirt B allows for 1-1/4 in., and the Skirt C allows for 2 in. of adjustment. These skirts can be paired with split and/or non-split cups, and are also available in brass, chrome, and white.
