The Reliable™ Model F1-28 Pendent Fire Sprinkler (SIN RA1311) is a standard-response, standard-spray automatic sprinkler built for dependable fire protection in light and ordinary hazard applications where a compact pendent head is preferred. This configuration—Part No. F28P3CN—combines a 2.8 K-factor with a 286°F (141°C) 5.0 mm glass bulb heat element and a durable chrome-plated finish for a clean, corrosion-resistant appearance in exposed installations.
Designed for installation in compatible wet-pipe sprinkler systems, the RA1311 activates when ambient temperature at the sprinkler reaches its rated point, releasing the seal and distributing water in a uniform standard spray pattern to help control fire spread. It features a 1/2" NPT connection (ISO 7-R1/2 optional) and is rated for a maximum working pressure of 175 psi (12 bar).
Important installation note (286°F models): 286°F (and higher) temperature-rated sprinklers are not listed for recessed use. Use exposed/surface-mounted configurations as required by the application and authority having jurisdiction.

Available in Brass, Chrome, and White (polyester) finishes with temperature ratings of 155°F, 175°F, 200°F, and 286°F.
Accessories and care
Use the correct sprinkler wrench during installation to prevent damage and ensure proper fit. Avoid over-tightening, impact, or contamination of the sprinkler and glass bulb. Do not install any sprinkler that appears damaged, painted (non-factory), or compromised. Store sprinklers in a clean, dry environment and maintain systems in accordance with NFPA 25 and AHJ requirements.
