Reliable™ RA1311 Standard Response (SR) Pendent Sprinkler | 2.8K | Brass | 286°F | Part No. F28P3BN
The Reliable™ Model F1-28 Pendent Fire Sprinkler (SIN RA1311) is a standard-response, standard-spray automatic sprinkler designed for dependable fire protection in light and ordinary hazard applications. This configuration—Part No. F28P3BN—features a 2.8 K-factor and a 286°F (141°C) 5.0 mm glass bulb heat element, paired with a natural brass finish that’s well-suited for exposed installations where a classic metallic appearance is preferred.
When ambient temperatures at the sprinkler reach its rated activation point, the glass bulb operates, releasing the seal and allowing water to discharge in a uniform standard spray pattern to help control fire spread and support code-compliant system performance. The RA1311 connects via 1/2" NPT threads (ISO 7-R1/2 optional) and is rated for a maximum working pressure of 175 psi (12 bar).
Important installation note (286°F models): 286°F (and higher) temperature-rated sprinklers are not listed for recessed use. Use exposed or surface-mounted configurations as required by the application and authority having jurisdiction.
