Pre-Assembled Residential Risers

These Threaded Residential Risers are pre-assembled, pressure tested, and UL Listed & FM Approved Riser Kits. Ready for installation right out of the box, these products eliminate the need for complicated, awkward riser manifolds, saving on installation time and costs. They are available in a variety of sizes with either a Ball Valve, a Test & Drain Valve, or a Ball + Pressure Relief Valve, which all have a working pressure of 200 PSI. The risers are constructed of lead-free Stainless Steel with all Brass trim. They have a 4-Hole Mounting application for easy mounting to a wall & three-way valve.

Each Pre-Assembled Riser comes ready for immediate installation with all necessary pieces & parts:

1 x Appropriately Sized Ball, Test & Drain, or Ball + Pressure Relief Valve(s)

1 x 3-1/2 in. 0-300 PSI Air/Water Pressure Gauge

1 x 4-10 GPM UL/FM Approved Water Flow Switch

These Pre-Assembled Risers, when installed correctly, are UL Listed & FM Approved.
