Tyco™ Model TY-L Upright Fire Sprinkler Head

This Upright sprinkler features a Brass finish and a 212°F (100°C) temperature.
This Tyco™ Model TY-L Upright Fire Sprinkler is a standard response, standard coverage sprinkler, activating at 212°F (100°C) with a 8.0 K-Factor, and is rated for light, ordinary hazard occupancies. Each Upright head features a heat-sensitive fusible link assembly, standard 3/4 in. NPT threads, and a Brass frame with Bronze deflector.
This is a standard response, standard coverage, Upright sprinkler with a maximum working water pressure of 175 PSI. Using a heat-activated fusible link assembly, this automatic fire sprinkler opens when ambient temperatures reach the sprinkler’s listed activation temperature, effectively containing the spread of fire.
The TY4111 is installed in the Upright position.

The Tyco™ Upright Sprinkler TY4111 is designed for NFPA 13. Apply the listed areas of coverage and minimum water supply requirements as shown in the datasheet. This Upright sprinkler head has a maximum working pressure of 175 PSI (12.1 BAR) and connects to wet pipe fire protection systems.
Tyco™ TY4111 Automatic Fire Sprinkler Installation and Accessories
During installation be aware that over tightening will cause permanent damage to the 3/4 in. NPT threads and/or the fire sprinklers themselves. Use the manufacturer approved installation wrench and tighten to a maximum torque of 14 ft-lb (19 N-m). Refer to the data sheet for additional installation and storage information.
