This Flat Cleanroom Cover Plate features a White finish, 3-5/16 in. OD, and 139F (59C) activation temperature.
Viking™ Mirage Cleanroom Cover Plates are flat, circular fire sprinkler cover plates that are installed with your Viking™ Mirage® Quick Response Concealed Pendent Sprinkler and/or Viking™ MRI Sprinkler to provide a clean and protected finish to your cleanroom fire sprinkler system. Each Circular Flat Cleanroom Cover Plate features secure Push-On Installation, as well as a heat-sensitive solder link assembly, ensuring the safe and timely activation of your concealed fire sprinkler head.
Viking™ Cleanroom cover plates feature a preassembled silicone cover gasket to effectively seal the cover plate flush against the ceiling. Viking™ cover plates are available in several decorative finishes to meet design requirements.
Viking™ Mirage Cleanroom Cover Plate Listings and Approvals
Each Flat Cleanroom Cover is made by Viking™, a global leader in fire protection manufacturing. When installed properly, this fire sprinkler cover plate may carry listings and approvals from UL and FM. Refer to the manufacturer’s sprinkler datasheet for up-to-date listings and approvals of the sprinkler assembly in specific temperatures and/or applications. This Cover Plate may be used with the listed Viking™ sprinkler heads Only.
Viking™ Flat Cleanroom Cover Plate Installation and Other Information
In sprinkler systems utilizing concealed sprinklers, improperly installed cover plates may delay or prevent the proper activation of your fire sprinkler system. Cover Plates are designed to activate and fall off prior to the activation of your automatic sprinkler system. Ensure that you select the appropriate cover plate activation temperature for your sprinkler head. Please view the manufacturer datasheet for installation instructions and choosing your cover plate.
Cover Plates featuring Push-On Installation can generally be installed or removed by gently twisting the cover plate into or out of the cover plate retainer assembly.
Viking™ Flat Cleanroom Cover Plate Finish and Temperature Information
