CPVC Sprinkler Head Tee — 1-1/2 in. x 1-1/2 in. x 1 in. Reinforced Plastic Thread — Spears FlameGuard™ — 4202-211SR
The Spears FlameGuard™ 1-1/2 in. x 1-1/2 in. x 1 in. sprinkler head tee is used to connect CPVC piping to sprinkler heads in wet fire sprinkler systems. Made from fire-protection-grade CPVC, it provides a durable, corrosion-resistant connection that supports long-term system performance. The reinforced plastic thread offers strong, reliable engagement with sprinkler heads and resists cracking from installation torque. Socket ends bond to CPVC pipe with ASTM F493-approved solvent cement for a watertight seal. UL Listed and FM Approved, this fitting meets the requirements of NFPA 13, NFPA 13R, and NFPA 13D. Rated for 175 psi and 150°F, it is suitable for residential and light-hazard applications.
Install according to Spears FlameGuard™ directions for pipe preparation, solvent cementing, and sprinkler assembly. Apply CPVC-safe sealant and tighten only to the specified torque. The reinforced plastic thread ensures secure sprinkler alignment and a long-lasting seal. This sprinkler head tee provides a code-compliant, corrosion-resistant connection for CPVC fire sprinkler systems that meet UL and FM listing standards.
